  took 30++ mins to get my order, staff wouldn't look at me or give me a straight answer when I asked what happened. I tried as hard as I can to keep my cool but lost it when they had to lie and give me a nonsense story that someone took it but I was standing right IN FRONT of the counter and my number was NEVER called OR displayed. I didn't see anything resembling my order come out as well. None of the staff was apologetic either, it was like I owed them money or their parents owned the land I was living in or something. I had to remind them before they even gave a very half-hearted "sorry". When they did get my order out, they missed some stuff as well that I had to go back and face the staff that had absolutely no interest in serving me. STAFF AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LEADERS BADLY NEED RE-TRAINING IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY!!!!

  Usually really fresh, however i tend to ask for freshness e.g fries....friendly staff and not too long of a wait.

  On Thursday just gone brought the kids I babysit for here. They love the play round inside and the other interactive games in the restaurant. Fast service with hot food. I went there again this arvo for a coffee with family. We were all happy with the fast service fresh coffees and choices of where to sit.

  Mc chicken Was dry and meat in the quarter pounder was really salty. Yuk
